The company
Full Stop Ltd is a provider of technical writing, authoring and web services to a variety of manufacturing and service industries. The company was set up in 2007 by Gavin Rattray with the aim of focusing on quality and effective communication.
We are based in the UK, with offices in Lancashire and customers ranging from large international to small local companies; details of the customer projects that we have undertaken and examples of our work can be seen here.
The team
With over thirty years’ combined experience, Full Stop Ltd’s authors provide a range of technical and business-related design and writing services that focus on quality and effective communication. We have a strong background in engineering and IT with authors experienced in managing business critical projects for a variety of manufacturing and service industries.

Gavin
is a technical author, editor and standards engineer, with experience in the oil and gas, power, nuclear, utilities, renewable energy, telecom, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
He has been an author since 1990, prior to that he was a Marine Engineer Officer in the merchant navy.

Michelle Blair, Director Full Stop Ltd.
Michelle is a documentation and web project manager; a PRINCE2 practitioner who has worked for the public and private sectors. She has experience in the IT, software, utilities, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
She has been an author since 1994, after graduating in Engineering and completing post graduate studies in Industrial Design.
